PDC Varistor(MOV) 제품군은 JVR, JVZ, JVT 및 JVT Automotive 시리즈로 구성됩니다. 주요 데이터시트 기준 디스크 크기는 Ø5~Ø25mm이며, 바리스터 전압은 시리즈에 따라 최대 1800V, 8/20μs 서지전류는 최대 20,000A, 10/1000μs 에너지는 최대 1020J 범위를 제공합니다.

JVR은 일반 산업 및 전원 보호용 표준·고서지·초고서지 구성을 제공하고, JVZ는 최대 +105°C 동작 환경에 대응합니다. JVT는 최대 +125°C 동작 환경에 대응하며, JVT Automotive는 AEC-Q200 기반 자동차용 옵션을 제공합니다.The PDC Varistor (MOV) lineup consists of JVR, JVZ, JVT and JVT Automotive series. Based on the principal datasheets, disc sizes range from Ø5 to Ø25mm, varistor voltage reaches up to 1800V depending on series, 8/20μs surge current reaches up to 20,000A, and 10/1000μs energy reaches up to 1020J.

JVR provides standard, high-surge and ultra-surge configurations for general industrial and power protection. JVZ supports operation up to +105°C. JVT supports operation up to +125°C, while JVT Automotive provides an AEC-Q200 qualified automotive option.
